Techniques & Artistic Practice
My artistic journey is one of constant learning, curiosity, and exploration. Art is a never-ending discovery, and I embrace every step with passion and an open mind.
πŸ“– 2015 Scrapbooking & Handmade Photo Albums

I began my creative path by designing and handcrafting custom photo albums. Each album was meticulously assembledβ€”every page was hand-punched, sewn together, and designed with a one-of-a-kind cover tailored for special occasions. This stage refined my sense of composition, material selection, and personalization in artistic expression.
🌿 2018 Botanical Jewelry from Norwegian Nature- Dense Forest

Inspired by Norway’s landscapes, I started creating handmade jewelry from wild plants. I gathered flowers and leaves from mountains, fields, and forests, carefully dried them, and preserved them permanently in epoxy resin. Each piece was set in sterling silver, transforming nature into wearable art.
✍️ Illustration & Design for Companies

During this phase, I focused on illustration, creating commissioned works for various companies. This period allowed me to refine my ability to translate concepts into visual storytelling, adapting styles and techniques to different creative industries.
🧡 Fiber Arts: Crochet & Knitting

Textile work has remained a consistent artistic passion. I have experimented with crochet and knitting, techniques that I continue to explore today, integrating them into my broader artistic practice.
🎨 Painting & Drawing Techniques

Over the years, I have mastered a variety of traditional and contemporary artistic techniques, including:
  • Oil Painting – Deep textures and rich layers for expressive compositions.
  • Watercolor – Light, fluid, and atmospheric works.
  • Acrylic Painting – Vibrant and versatile for both abstract and figurative art.
  • Colored Pencils & Pastels – Fine gradients and detailed illustrations.
  • Oil Pastels & Pencil Drawings – Blending and shading techniques for dynamic textures.
  • Gouache – Opaque, matte textures with vibrant color application.
  • Digital Art – Exploring modern technology as a creative tool.
  • Experimental Techniques – Continuously integrating new materials and approaches into my practice.
πŸ›  2021 Craftsmanship & Material Exploration

Beyond painting and illustration, my artistic practice extends into textile arts, ceramics, woodworking, metalwork, and spatial design, allowing me to experiment with a wide range of materials and techniques. These explorations have deepened my understanding of form, texture, and artistic expression across different mediums.

🧡 Sewing, Textile Art & Fabric Painting
Working with textiles has been an integral part of my artistic journey, combining traditional techniques with contemporary creativity:
  • Sewing & Garment Construction – Designing and crafting unique clothing pieces, working with pattern-making and tailoring.
  • Fabric Manipulation & Textile Art – Creating artistic textile pieces through embroidery, layering, and hand-sewn details.
  • Needle Felting – Sculpting wool into three-dimensional objects using specialized felting techniques.
  • Textile Printing – Exploring block printing, screen printing, and digital transfers to create custom fabric designs.
  • Fabric Painting – Hand-painting garments, transforming clothing into wearable art with original designs and artistic motifs.

🎭 Ceramics, Wood & Metalwork
Through material experimentation, I have developed skills in sculptural and functional crafts using ceramics, wood, and metal:
  • Ceramics – Hand-building, glazing, and firing clay for both artistic and utilitarian creations.
  • Woodworking – Carving, assembling, and finishing wooden pieces, from sculptures to decorative objects.
  • Metalwork & Jewelry Design – Crafting wire, metal sheets, and cast elements, integrating metals into sculptural and wearable forms.

πŸ› Architecture & Spatial Design
My artistic practice also extends to architectural and spatial composition, focusing on the relationship between art and space:
  • Structural Design & Composition – Understanding balance, proportion, and material interaction.
  • Art for Interior & Exterior Spaces – Creating large-scale pieces that interact with architectural and natural environments.
  • Public Art & Cultural Identity – Exploring how artistic installations can engage with community and social expression.
Through years of dedication and artistic exploration, I have developed a multifaceted approach that bridges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary art.

My work is deeply rooted in a passion for cultural identity, nature, and artistic storytelling, continuously evolving through experimentation and interdisciplinary techniques. Whether creating paintings, illustrations, wearable art, or sculptural pieces, I believe that every artistic medium carries its own unique narrative and emotional depth.
